Pregnancy, childbirth and postnatal care package
*Please note:
If you are planning to birth at home a back up midwife will be appointed to you who you will meet at an antenatal appt at approx. 36 weeks.
It cannot be guaranteed that your backup midwife will have admitting rights to your booking hospital.
It cannot be guaranteed that the back up midwife you meet in pregnancy will be the backup midwife at your birth.
If your primary midwife if unable to attend your labour and birth for any reason it is intended your back up midwife will step in as your primary midwife assuming they are available.
Your back up midwife fee is included in this fee.
Any amendments to the payment schedule are to be agreed to by both parties in writing.
If full payment is not received by 37 weeks of pregnancy (unless otherwise agreed to) your primary midwife reserves the right to not be on call to attend your labour and birth.
Medicare rebates are available and a receipt will be provided for you to lodge with Medicare upon completion of care at 6 weeks after baby is born.

$2000 non refundable deposit due by 13 weeks
